The founder of Denali Solutions, Michael brings over 20 years of corporate network and systems management experience to the company. His breadth of experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the complexities surrounding the technology needs of legal firms and small business, enabling him to build a company uniquely positioned to meet those demands.

Debra Petriccione, Director of Systems Support

A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Debra has a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems.   Debra is well versed in applications analysis, design, and implementation, and has extensive programming experience with Travelers Insurance, Citibank, and G.E. Capital.   Debra's talents are focused on providing high quality, priority response to client support calls using the latest in secure, remote access technology and managing the technology needs of a diverse and demanding clientele.

Jennifer Brooks, Web Designer

A graduate of Hartwick University, Jennifer has a bachelors degree in English and minors in computer science and graphic design, as well as a certificate in graphic design from the New England School of Art and Communications. Her educational background, combined with more than 5 years Web experience, is uniquely suited to the demands of Web design, from creating unique and innovative graphics, to implementing the latest Internet technology, to writing and editing copy. Software used includes Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
